Full-Length Plays.

 Trumped

My first play.  To date:  Un-produced.  Many a coffee table reading.  It's a drama with some comedic dialogue.  It shows what happens when you take those who are close to you for granted.   (4 guys and 2 girls all in their twenties, 1 oddball guy)

You make me Shiny

Steinblum and Gloria are desperate for a big hit when they stumble on Bob’s, sorry, Barry’s screenplay.  They see it as a deliciously funny spoof on horror films, where the killer announces to all of his victims, “You will be violated!”  The problem is, Barry never wrote a comedy, he wrote a “ground breaking” horror film.  He takes this mix-up as a betrayal to his opus.  What happens in Barry’s mind as he perceives a conspiracy that seems to involve one of the Real Sopranos of Rockland County, and his best friend Alex?  Does he slip into madness, complete with a laugh track and creepy music?  Was he crazy already?  Is he the only one?  Why does that crazy guy performing, with the tin foil hat, in the public fountain, look familiar?

Have You Seen This Man?

A satirical romp through an acting career in NYC.  Not auto-biographical. :)  Unusual structure, monologues and vignettes.  Workshop production by Two Spoons.  Cast of 5 versatile performers to tackle many roles.  (Flexible ages, 2 ladies, 3 men)
